As Chairman of the Research Committee for the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation, Associate Professor John Oliver oversees the annual allocation of research grants, continually ensuring that worthy and interesting projects are funded.

Associate Professor Oliver joined the Flinders Medical Centre in 1976 as a Principal Medical Scientist. Today he continues his valuable work in the Department of Human Physiology as a Senior Research Fellow, teaching, mentoring and coordinating topic curricula for undergraduate students.
